Leading UX workflows for core products while implementing solid fundamental UX design principles and adhering to accessibility guidelines.

PROJECT

To significantly redesign and improve a transactional management tool to help thousands of real estate professionals get a better grasp at managing their listings, offices, and clientele.

CORE ISSUE

Other than general UX principles that were not initially designed with in mind when reviewing the platform, we learned that the intended user, rarely ever uses it. The intended user is so busy and finds this platform to be complex and usually delegated the use of it to their assistants - which led us down an interesting rabbit hole to consider for, potential mixed user personas.

SOLUTION

To take a user-centric approach in delivering an application that is not only usable, but maintains a high user retention rate.

To aid prospecting home buyers and sellers in connecting with the company's real estate professionals, on a national level.
