Designed a web-based data storage monitoring experience for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) utilized by many B2B and B2C companies.
To create an experience where users can manage and monitor their data storage transfer across all of their appliance devices.
This was a new physical product line that Google was releasing to further position ourselves as a leader in the market in data storage transfer. Therefore, solutions for this experience needed to be lean, simple, transparent, and user-friendly for our first public preview launch.
I led brainstorm sessions on product scope, put together user journey maps, and analyzed API documents, to design an experience where users can easily monitor their data and quickly gather insights on their product’s health. This required working with the Google Cloud Design System in creating a solution that can be implemented alongside engineering.
